| GOLDEN HOUR AT CUPECOY BAY |
Cupecoy Bay at St. Maarten is one of the most beautiful beaches on St. Maarten. Even though it is a semi-nude beach, which isn’t my cup of tea at all. I really liked going there in the evening to watch the sunset. This small beach is also perfect because it is protected from the wind by the beautiful sandstone cliffs. There are several pathways that lead to Cupecoy Bay and the best way to access the beach is to park your car on the public parking lot and just look for stairs that bring you downstairs to the beach. There is also a bar on the beach, where you can see the sun go down while enjoying a glass of wine. It was also the perfect place to look at the Heineken Regatta where you can read more about here.
More over my recent discovery and my new shoe crush! Woden is a Scandinavian shoe brand that takes their inspiration out of the nature, which is why I choose this location. You can see it in their rich textures, materials, and colors. They have a lot of different models and they even have a line that are made from the skin of salmon. Only 1% of the skins are being recycled and the rest ends up as waste. According to Woden, the skin of salmon is ten times stronger than normal leather, is breathable, thin and flexible. This collection is available in natural (color of the salmon skin), chic black and bright blue. I know for sure I have a new shoe crush, do you?
